Who Are We?

THE MISSION of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

The Blue Water Council, Boy Scouts of America, serves St. Clair and Sanilac Counties in Michigan.  The council is bordered to the east by the St. Clair River and beautiful Lake Huron.  Port Huron, the childhood home of Thomas Edison, is also home to the Blue Water Bridges leading into Canada.

Over 4000 young people are served through the Scouting program in these two countries supported by over 1000 volunteer adults who make the program possible.

Where To Find Us!

We are located in the north end of downtown Port Huron at the intersection of Pine Grove and Huron Ave.

The Scout Service Center is open from 9 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
